Looking to create my 1st Char after work today (cant wait!).

Was wondering if anyone one could suggest a good sniper/sneak shot/ stealthy /smooth talker build lol.

Would love a SPECIAL lay out and a list of perks suited to this style of character!

Also any tips on weapons or armor or must haves would be greatly appreciated. Looking to play hardcoe-Hard first time through!
