Exactly, now if it was in game content, I would still be against it but at least it wouldn't be totally pointless like Avatar clothing, or Avatars themselves for that matter.

I dont mind buying items for the avatar. If you dont like it then dont buy them, no one if forcing you.
I would like Avatar Awards, but I think the likiness of this to be added is low.

People pay good money for gold membership then microsoft charges up the butt for people to buy "clothing" for a little animated character! :shakehead:
I don't buy any of the avatar gear cuz it's a waste of money and i wished others would do the same so microsoft would make it free... but people have too much time on their hands .
Save that $5 you were gonna use to buy your avatar a suit and go buy a cheeseburger you fatty!

Why buy video games? They are for your own enjoyment, same as avatar items (though not for everybody, the same could be said for video games, as not everybody sees them as enjoyment, but rather as a waste of time).
But you dont have to buy them, I get that you dont care for them. But other ppl do like them.
