New enemy staggered animations.

I just entered Monte Carlo Suites and in it were some gang members. The nature of a building like this means it has enclosed spaces which is good for my power fist to unleash it's potential. And unleash it did. When I knock them hard or accurately enough, they stagger around the floor, walls and doors. Once I managed to spin a gang member 360 degrees when I punched his side and he responded by trying to shake it off before using the wall as his support to get away. I don't recall FO3 having its animations as nice as this or am I just imagining things?

Ive not even tried my powerfist yet, I will have to give it a go next time im in a building with humans. I have however seen the enemy stagger when I shoot them in the leg or arm with low powered guns.
