I wanna get the achievement.
What faction should I support?
What should I make my special and put all my skill points in?
What should be my tagged skills?
Should I use the seductress hair or the prin and proper?

1. Click yes to hardcoe and leave it on all game.

2. None, not untill the very end of the game.
Then the easiest end game quest in order are Caesars Legion, House / Yesman, then NCR.
Yes man is the quickest though, just say ignore to any quest he gives you that has that as an option.

3 & 4. Tag skills Guns, Speech and one other.
Put points in Guns and speech first, the in no order..
Repair, barter, science, lockpick, medicine, survival.

5. not my place to say..
My favourite is the punk fallen angels.. aqua, terquoise, purple, jade..
Then I like raider builds with plenty of released attitude.

Take a Chill Pill...

This is not a contest. There are no wrong answers. Use your best intuition for how you think you want to play.

Play through one time. Get a feel for the game. Then make a new character and play it again.

You may not even make it all the way through the first time before you realize you want to change things. To make it easier on yourself, save just before walking out of Doc Mitchell's House. Then you can go back and quickly start over, changing things as you wish when you get the second opportunity when leaving Goodsprings.

I did this solely for the achievement. Guns 50. Speech 100.

I sided with Yes Man. I did none of the "tribe" quests (just visited them, returned, told Yes Man "I don't care" or whatever).

Blasted my way through the Dam. Stealth Boy through the Legate's Camp. Talk down the Legate. Return to gate. Talk down the General. Game over. Achievement earned.
