i want the quest for anhihalating all the ghouls at repcom and all the fiends at vault 3.

where and how do i start these 2 quests please help?

For the ghouls: Novac, but I wouldn't kill them, if you do you'll be missing out on something cool.

For the fiends: Camp McCarran, talk to Col. Hsu, it's an unmarked quest.
Or talk to Ranger Bryce Anders in Vault 3.

There is one but, you help the Fiends in it. (and the Great Khans)

After you do the Kahn quest and make the delivery then you can do the NCR quest and wipe them out.

I really liked the Ghoul quest. It had one of the best payoffs in the game :tops: !
