Shamans, traveling nomads reimplemented?

I have yet to encounter them. But are shaman like people, nomads with women and children reimplemented with New Vegas?

Loved that atmosphere.

You mean like in FO2? No one I've yet encountered has had a vision...

The Khans have pretty awesome "cave-painting" type art. Besides that, unless you have Animal Friend I don't think there are any shamans in New Vegas.
