Can't go into buildings : Fallout: New Vegas

Ok so I'm on my third play through and on my first two playthroughs I've never had any problems but now everytime I got into a building it will freeze after the loading screen. Is there any way to fix this? I'm playing on xbox360

Did you try to install the game to the hard drive?
