Nope, just talk to the Garrets.

The Garretts are the answer to the quest. They will give you a mini quest of their own, too.

Even after you get the Garretts to supply the medicine you can still donate meds to the Followers for reputation points.

Followers shoulda had a few more quests in my opinion. They're pretty cool, but I don't understand why the reputation kinda follows your freeside rep kinda..

The main camp is at the Mormon Fort (located in Freeside) and one of the main goals of the FoA is to help the residents of Freeside, so I can see how the two reps can become nearly parallel. I do agree that the FoA should have had a few more side quests though.
