where does one get chips here? i wanna play but i do not know where to get chips

I was wondering the same thing. The Casino is completely empty at all hours of the day except for Primm Slim, and he doesn't provide any casino services.

Once you reinstall a Sheriff to Primm, a week or so later the casino will re-open. You can then get chips from the person standing behind the protected desk with all the safes behind him/her.

You can always play caravan with Nash!

i restored a sheriff in primm, and its been a few in-game weeks. vicky and vance is still not open. its just the robot in there. others have had this problem too. does anyone know why or how to fix this? the V&V casino should be opened now. and yes... i spoke with that gang that showed up. i convinced them to leave.

I found that I had to wait a week before going back to the casino, I then had to deal with some thugs trying to hustle me out of caps inside the casino who were trying to take the town over.

*edit* They were NCR deserters that I conviced to leave. *edit*

Once I had cleared them out of town I left for 3 days, came back and the casino was open.
