I just gave her a very large bung for the Sniper rifle carbon parts and the silencer and they don't flippin work! They show up in my inventory but the 'Mod' option dosen't stay lit up when I try to equip. Anyone got any hints?

Assuming you're not doing so already....you want to highlight the weapon you want to mod, not the mod itself. If that's what you're doing, never mind.

But oh...the carbon parts are bugged. They don't actually reduce the Sniper's weight, even tho it says it has.

What sniper are you trying to mod?

Good point...those parts only work with the Sniper Rifle specifically. Not just any rifle.

Damn cheap aftermarket gun mods. Shoulda bought OEM from the Gunrunners. :hubbahubba:

The Lady is right. From your description it sounds like you're trying to do it backwards.
You cannot mod any "named" weapon. For example, If you are trying to mod the Gobi... Forget it you can't.

I just put a laser sight mod on a "weathered" 10mm. I was excited until I found out it accepted the mod but didn't actually produce a lazer sight. Still wonderin if it reduced the spread.

Ok, I just figured out what I was doing wrong and I am now sitting in the corner with a traffic cone on my head with a large dunce sign on it...
