I tried entering my code to get to lvl 5 but it says it wasn't found. anyone else having this problem?

I entered my code and it said it was redeemed, but where do you go from there? There's no link to download the redeemed content from the limited edition.

maybe because in some parts of the world it isnt released yet? Philippines already released theirs on the 22nd, I've heard US will release on the 25th... maybe that's why?!

Try it again, looks like it has been fixed, but need to delete the cookie before retrying. They have changed the user flow a little this time round, hence why you need to delete the cookie
