hey guys, first of all sry for bad english

did anybody knows anything about perks or what ever to do with a sniper rifle one shot kills like in mdw2?
that headshots do that i know, but in mdw2 it was with perks, from the stomach upwards a one shot.

did anybody can answer my question? or knows anything about better s-rifles / perks in the final version?
