Yes, this has been pretty much confirmed. Not much surrounding him has been, but I'm sure the narrative will help with that.

I do still wonder if he will talk as much as Nomad though? Silent protagonists are sloppy these days IMO. I wouldn't worry too much though.

Anybody in the campaign that is a main protagonist, and isnt Nomad, Prophet, or Psycho, can burn in a fiery pit of hell for all i care.

Richard Morgan cant make me love a new protagonist that curses at every turn like "take that **** out" which you hear in the E3 videos. Im not going to like a protagonist geared towards immature 12 year old children. Alcatraz can die by an alien ripping his intestines out and chocking him with it. And yes, i do have a sick sense of humor.

@Talon95 when you heard someone shout "take that **** out" I think it might have been one of the marines near you because if I have noticed one thing from video games it is that marines in video games have a tendency to swear every opportunity, but I know what your saying I would want to keep nomad, psycho, and prophet as my team, not someone that is probably their replacement

im a fan of silent protagonists. ie gordan freeman. it gives the game a interesting feel. i dont know. its just me. i hope this game has little to no cursing though. it would really ruin the vibe. cursing is most affective in real life, not so much video games.

@BluLemonade your true that it gives a interesting feel but it can go either way, it could work like in half life where they crack jokes every now and then asking why he dosnt talk much, but then again some games like crysis had it where you could hear Nomad talk and what he is thinking giving you a understanding why he is doing some things

This is interesting ground to cover, or do over for some people, go easy

no offence :D
