it seems that triple buffering is being forced.
this is causing the cadence of the image to vary wildly from moment to moment.
even with the console command maxfps set to 30 the game drops frames and jitters.
crytek please patch in a way to disable triple buffering or implement a framerate limiter that actually works.
this issue can be replicated by using a gamepad and spinning the character in one direction. watch the image stutter as the framerate fluctuates.
enabling double vsync in radeonpro fixes this issue, however massive lag is introduced into the controls.
