It's going to be so cool to be able to see heat signatures and easily detect threats! I wonder if the thermal vision will be available in the multiplayer too... Well it looks like we can all find out at Gamescom.com in sixteen days! (Aug 18)

It would kind of ruin the cloak aspect, but only if you can use it infinitely, if it uses energy, it would be cool.

If it is in the multiplayer, expect it to be balance / have drawbacks.

For example using it for too long depletes suit energy for a period of time

is there even a heat signature on the suit?

I remember that in MGS Snake didn't have it.

Because MW2 didn't have thermal vision, they had Night vision goggles!

In MGS4, thermal vision was made more realistically, since you had Octo Camo, so in a way, they made Snake have heat, so only your head was hot if the camo was active.

In most cases, I'm loving thermal vision. I wonder, did anyone ever make a mod for this for Crysis?

Well, MW2's thermal vision was more like IR from an AC130. But still, it never had the realistic thermal vision, like for example, the snow was still white through the scope when it should be dark blue/black... Crysis 2 already looks like it'll be realistic from the glimpses we've seen already

And no, I dont think anyone has made a mod of thermals. I would have gottn it if they did :p
