Ah when i was 4 i got my ps1 and non stop played it. Crash and Spyro were my child hood. Then after a couple of years i started playing different games. My favorites were ONE, Spider The Video Game, Machine Hunter, and my favorite all time racing game S.C.A.R.S. what has happened to gaming crash and spyro were killed and slaughtered by activision and nowadays its shooters shooters and some. Each of those games I listed Had days and days of gameplay and I could play them over and over again. Even power rangers was good on the ps1 oh how i miss my childhood. oh well back to ummmm shooters

i also played spyro and crash,a lot... things have changed a lot in the last years,thanks to the lack of imagination...

still,i love shooters,i just want to see more old school like games...

True, but honestly I think it may also be the story. I mean spyro had a story that was fun to play in. But maybe your right, maybe back then we just played the game for fun and excitement instead of flashy graphics and fun shinny things to unlock.

Consoles happened... For a time, consoles held a niche in the gaming market, but then they tried to reverse-engineer a PC to replace what consoles were. They are good systems, but compared to PC's of today, they are WAY behind.

Marketing executives and CEO's STILL think that console gaming is the future, even though the hardware in them is old and outdated, and it can't even be upgraded for the future.

They refuse to change this mentality, and as a result, our games suffer. Goes to show just how much these people really know about gaming. NOTHING.
