I never received my preorder bonus code, so I contacted live chat support and they gave me one, but the code is not valid yet. Is there any ETA as to when the codes will go live?

People have reported the codes are working now. You should be able to redeem successfully on the site. It worked for me when previously it was not. Have yet to see if it translated in-game though.

I didn't even get a code... why is this not working on release date?
