If you have watched the intro video on Second Chance, when Prophet tears off the Turret on the APC His suit mode says "Maximum Power". Maybe This was an Extra ability used to Kick cars, Do super punches and super Jumps but was cut in the Final game?

Maximum Speed & Maximum Strength had a baby.

That baby is Maximum Power

It wasn't cut, it's just you don't have to activate it like you do for stealth and armour. Super-jumping, sprinting, etc are all Max Power.
