do you appear on radar when you move or shoot? Are silencers in the game?

Speed and strength have been made one power mode now, or are always on by default I beleive, and armor now makes you invincible for a while now. Stealth is the same as the first, exept you no longer have electricity pulsing around you while cloaked, Making you completely invisible. You can add many attachments to your guns in this game, including silencers, and reflex sights.
