Usually you're the first to enter the match, the other players will join the game progressively while you're hosting. That and the fully green bar indicate that you're the host. I'm talking about players entering the actual match progressively, not the pre-game lobby.

You will know when cause youll be fuc*in up everyone.

When during in game you press select and look at your name and you will get full green bar while others get yellow or red. another is you enter the game first followed by others =)
