I agree. When my connection is crap, I'll get 10 hitmarkers and the guy will shoot me once and BOOM I'm dead.

tell me about it i fire a whole magazine into somebody they survive every bullet turn to me and kill me in 2 shots when i'm in armor mode with full energy and health
