They said there are about 6 multiplayer modes but the only ones they have announced so far are Team Instant Action and Alien Crash Site. The odds are high they will have powerstruggle or something very similar but I have not heard anything about that mode specifically yet. Maybe later this week.

Hopefully they will add it... if not the hardcoe Crysis Wars players probably won't play as often as they would.

I hope they keep Power Struggle from Crysis and add Assault from Far Cry. Those modes were the best. xD

It would be cool to have that in Crysis 2. However, I have these concerns.

1. How would it work on consoles.
2. How would it work in the streets of a city like New York?

I could picture Powerstruggle in Central Park. Enemy camps on either side and there are alien drop pods or whatever scattered around the park. I would like that.

Why you think it should be on streets of ny. Multiplayer can have no deal with single player story line, but few ny map would be great . Do you think people with game pad can't enter tank or something. Powerstruggle is the best thing that they done. Dropping it would be terrible, just watched multiplayer trailer. It very disappointing, it looks li cod. I just need to know that powerstrugle would be in the game or just now point for buying that game that would another borring game like cod or bbc2.

I'm not saying it's impossible to use a gamepad to drive a tank. However, this is set in urban environment. So, I doubt that they make maps that are big enough for power struggle.

Also, consoles can't handle big multiplayer maps. Seeing how this is multiplatform, they will probably make where multiplayer for both PC and consoles are the same.

They can set smaller limit for players on console or leave some big maps for pc exlusive. Good would be remaking old maps and make some new. In early stages they showed european forest and jungles on cryengine 3 so they not limeted to urban enviroment but still afraid that they mess up all and try making more money making another cod like game dissapointing crysis fans. Crytek makes many statements but many of them come undone.

1. This question you ask seems fairly easy to ask. You simply use a pad and play, just like you would with a Keyboard and Mouse. The mode is hard to adapt with, but players will get use to it.

2. Powerstruggle in C1 was great, and it worked well with the natural environments. I can assume with New York being used, we'll get to access buildings, crash sites of alien technology, or even underground, which would be damn amazing.
