Day 2...........

Post » Fri Jun 18, 2010 8:09 am

So ya now its day 2 so the day 1 advantage really was false advertisemant now.

So lets sum this up..
Log in Issues -
Confusion about log in credentials- is it EA account, gamespy, ign, gamesas.....
CD Key Not working
Simply not taking the credentials

Pre-order issues
Can't log into game
Can't log into website
Code doesn't work
Code works but doesn't apply to game
....

So ya, for those that can get in game and the fewer that can get the code to work we have-
Level loss issues-
Lack of info stating you have to be on official servers
Profile not updating between maps so crashes resets levels
Leaving a server mid game loses levels

Stability issues-
Multi GPU users dealing with the overbloom/flicker issue
Random crashes

Support issues-
Lack of

So ya again where is the "day 1 advantage".

And if you do get into playing MP, dont expect what you unlock or your lvl to be that when you log off and back in. (went from lvl 19 to lvl 15 from a DC...)

I read someone else's post on the forum and they said they fixed the cdkey issue by deleting all their current details, using lower case letters. It could possibly be a cache issue? I hope it helps, although from the sound of it you have tried everything already?

Personally not having that issue, just was summing up some of the actual issues going on, soo many posts on so many things including the "feedback" posts with all the opinions it gets confusing whats going on with the real issues.

Thats great and all but what do you do when the game doesn't accept your login info for the website. Password reset feature doesn't work. Aslo to add for day 2 pleasures, servers dont seem to be working today.

Contact the people in which you purchased either your pre-order or regular version of Crysis 2 and explain to them what is going on.

I agree.. they are working hard on the clock probably. Give them time til the moment we get a message from them. Would be nice to have a announcement at least they ARE working on it but i bet they are.

I know they are too, but in reality, there are lots of people qq'ing about lots of frustrating problems.

How long does it take to announce.

"Hey guys, We are aware of certain issues involving Crysis 2 and we are working non stop till they are fixed. Please have patients and understanding on these issues." (20 seconds)

Devs have forum mods to keep us posted on whats going on even the mods aren't really communicating much. Devs dont troll forums often updating players but they do get the feedback from the mods.

Exactly. Is it that difficult for them to run damage control?
