I'm having a few issues with performance, I get horrible flickering (the lines across the screen) - It seems to be caused by the lighting effects.

I've used my phone camera to get these screenshots as I could not get the problem to show up when taking screenshots with Fraps.

2560x1400 Resolution
5970 running at 400/1010 - AMD Catalyst 11.4
All settings on Extreme, if I turn the graphic settings down the problem gets worse.

The problem is with Crossfire/SLI, even though I only have 1 5970 it's considered a Dual GPU card therefore uses crossfire in some way.

I fixed the problem by renaming the Crysis2.exe to Bioshock.exe

Really poor performance Crytek, really poor.
