It may not be very noticable to the untrained eye, because of the natural looking motion blur they use. However, when trying to aim at something it wil feel very sluggish.
I figure many Xbox 360 players have untrained eyes. I know the framerate fell multiple times during the campaign (especially in large firefights) to the point where I couldn't even shoot without overcorrecting my aim. On mp, when the framerate drops I get pissed. Oh, well. I wasn't expecting the game too look this good and run this well anyway, so you have to expect some fps issues.
One more thing, installing the game to your HDD won't improve your fps. You simply load maps faster on most games.
Yes but the game has to render the map as your running around, and thus if you have a game that is pulled from a hard drive rather than a CD, you will see a more stable frame rate..
