i just recieved my pre order codes better late than never but cant seem to activate them the codes are too short to enter via xbox live and the redeem code section doesnt work on here any ideas

Well ive been in a long discussion with EA support staff, and after finally getting the pre-order code for the golden dog tags from them, they told me to enter it on the gamesas.com site under my log in. As of yet, i cannot find the place to enter it on. I also have xbox, and they told me this code does not get entered in there (after a bit of trial and error with them having me do a lot of other things... >.>). Ill get back to you if i find out where to enter the code.

But it does not appear to take my code. Does it work for yours? I think its because this is only for the Limited Edition content (the platinum dog tag) not the pre-order content (golden dog tag).

I entered my code for gold dog tag ingame and it worked fine.

no it doesnt work it says i need to sign into gamesas even though i am signed in
