Why should i ever preorder again from Ea ?

Post » Sun Jun 27, 2010 6:33 pm

I preordere nano limited edition.

I really wanted the backpack dont care for all the other crap in the package..

TODAY the reseller (http://www.coolshop.dk) wrote me and said sorry but your order have been
cancelled cause the figurine contains to much lead to be sold in Denmark.. meaning its a
illegal toy.

I wrote back, IDC i just want the backpack. response was EA + Crysis deny's us to deliver a partial
og the package..

so now i dont get the limited nano edition backpack.. right now i feel like just going crazy
why the f... do you ewen have preorders when we cant get it delivered through the resellers.
just to piss people off ?

Gonna have to make articles about this around the web cause im furious that the management
are that oblivious to rules and regulations around the world..

You shouldn't be mad at EA, its not their fault your order was canceled. Its the store you brought it from you should redirect your hate on. That and their laws.

EDIT: By the way, its CryTEK, not CrySIS. Learn your info...

The store says

Vi er desv?rre blevet n?gtet tilladelse til udsendelse af hele og dele af "pakken" :-(

Ville meget gerne have kunne l?st denne sag. Men vi har desv?rre ingen muligheder :-(

Ha' en god dag

NO ONE sells parts of a package individually come to think of it. Just order from somewhere else, assuming you get your money back.

Or just look on ebay if your lucky there.

You shouldnt be mad at EA neither at CryTek because nobody can be perfect every company makes mistakes and will learn from them yes also CryTek.

And why should you even be mad at EA ? EA is the publisher and not responsible for the game itself.

And I am 100 % sure that nobody from the people that got angry and flamed Crytek and EA can actually fix it or even make it better.

Every epic game needs some epic fails otherwise it wouldn't be really that epic

While EA did have two major failures this month, in this case you should indeed be angry at your store.Seriously, why not just open the package, dump the 'illegal' stuff and send the rest to you?
Of course EA officially denies what seems to be selling individual parts from the package to them. This doesn't mean the shop can't just send you a part of the whole package if you ask them to. They're just lazy.

Personally I have had nothing but trouble using the EADM manager. I still can not get Dragon Age Origins to run correctly on my computer. I get an XML error message. A hard copy is your best bet.
