Contact EA Support and explain to them your issue.

Does it just say Error 1305?

The error relates to a corrupt or unreadable file.

Copy the files of the disk to a folder on your computer.
-See if there are any issues of copying the files over.

If there aren't any errors while copying the files, try to install the game again.
