Limited Edition Redeem Code : Crysis

I made a mistake of inputting the redemption code for the Limited Edition version of Crysis 2 onto the wrong account. I know it's a one time only, but is there a person in customer support that I could speak with to be able to remove the code from one of my accounts and transfer it to another?

Nevermind. The bonus content carried over to the main account. Thanks to anyone that took the time to read. =)

Actually, I'm not sure if it actually carried over. I can't see the Platinum dog-tag or the digital camouflage

Once you install it it's valid for every local account on your PS3 so don't worry about that.

Platinum dog tag is the frame of the dog tag, press square to change it

I think its a region problem. I had the same problem, couldnt download the file using my code. I bought the game online from a website in the UK. I'm in Australia. The promo code paper has some fine print at the bottom that says Europe Only. Then I ask the EA chat support person to gave me a new 1. Now I manage to use the code to download the addon to my XMB. But the weird thing is there's no changes to my Multiplayer. No platinum dog tags, digital camo, etc.

Yes .. was exactly that.
I created an account in the region of the game and it worked, and could use the content on the main account.
