low FPS rate on 1337 machine? Highping with 1337 internet?

Hi,
[First Issue: FPS Rate]
im wondering why ive got such a low fps rate on Crysis 2, according to my hardware this shouldnt be. Any issues i can fix?

My hardware...

CPU: i7 920 2,66ghz (overclocked ---> 3,4ghz)
GPU: Geforce GTX 295 (Multi-GPU)
RAM: 6GB 1600mhz CL9
OS: Win7 x64

should be enough for crysis 2, huh? but ive got (in multiplayer) a FPS count of about 18-60 on 1280*1024 & "high graphics". sometimes, for example on the roof-map, ive got 18-30 FPS continously when im outside the buildings...

how can this be? whats the deal? how can i fix this?
it seems like the game does not support Multi-GPU's? i dont use SLI, because the 295gtx has 2 GPU's. But the 2nd GPU is running on low 300mhz, like in 2d-mode when im playing...

ive already tried to update GPU driver, didnt help much. please help me out.

[Second Issue: Highping]

ive got a pretty highping in this game and cant find any servers below 100 ping. ive got a 60Mbit connection... download 7MB/s, upload 0,6MB/s. i can play nearly every game with less than 20 ping (e.g.: CS 1.6, CS:S, Warrock, ...) but not crysis. do i need to open some ports for the game, or whats the deal? it cant be that an american user has a 30 ping on a european server, and i have 105 on the same server. normally this should be the other way around.

any fixes about this?

thank you in advance for the answers <3

yours sincerely, snailsoup

ok, highping issue fixed...
the servers i was on were just bad, now i found a few good servers.

but this is annoying, why a user from asia can connect to european servers with 400 ping and because of this have real big advantage? thats senseless...

im still waiting for an answer on fps issue :(

Thats one fairly big problem solver right there, you have to turn on SLI to use both GPUs on your card. (This is located in the nVidia Control panel.) Shame there isn't a bigger than "HUGE" font size, I would have used it.

Secondly very decent performance in many titles can be found in nVidia drivers 267.59, or the ones released today 267.84. You have to replace the nv_disp.inf so it will install for your card. That would be my suggestion, to try that.

P.S.
Having a ping of 400 is no way in hell an advantage over a player between 50-100.

I was getting 60fps (1080p) in the demo on my gtx 260 on 'gamer' setting. Started playing the full game and my fps dropped to 20s and my clocks were all reporting 2D mode clock speeds (dropped to 720p and no better). I fixed it by deleting my ntune profiles and also just in case uninstalled msi afterburner. Essentially a fresh start on default clocks is the way to go. It fixed it for me. Im finishing up the campaign rocking 60fps in 1080p again as before.

I get a constant 60FPS in single player and Multiplayer on "Very High"
my system =P
Resolution: 1440*900
CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 260 3.2Ghz (over-clocked to 3.96Ghz)
GPU: Geforce GTX 275
RAM: 3.25GB DDR2
OS: Win7 x86
svcks that you paid so much for a high end PC and i cant run it better.
