Hi there!

Is it planed, that i have to enter the registration code at each start of the game on the Page with the sing-in it says "serial code not found"...

In fact i can play the solo campagne without registerin each time - but to play the mp I always have to type my code afresh.

This is very anoying.

Can you please help me?

+1 on that, was just about to post this same thing. What do I have to do so that my serial code is ~found~, without me having to enter it at each startup?

Also, if I may suggest: if all the info (login name, password, serial code) is stored and remembered as they should be - could we please skip the login screen and have the process automated? Like, during that incessantly long CryEngine eye display that's followed by the abundance of unskippable logos? Would be simply awesome.

It appears that I've found the fix.
Follow these steps:
1. Enter the game
2. At the log in screen, click "modify" under the serial key entry.
3. Type in your serial with dashes, ALL LOWERCASE
4. THEN retype all user credentials (username and password)
5. Untick the check box next to password, labeled "remember details".
6. THEN re-check the box.
7. Log in.
*Note: If it tells you that your credentials are not correct, re-enter your password.

Let me know if this works. If not, I have a few more solutions. It's possible to get past this error with a little patience. It all has to do with the login screen. Your game isn't broken.

before you get all pissy keep in mind that fix you just posted only works for like half the people, I did it tons of times never worked, then I deleted my crysis 2 mp demo folder from steamapps/common and it worked finally.

as i didnt play the demo, i dont know about this issue. but for me the soulution worked fine.

Next time please remember that it might well be, that the hint you quoted works for some of the people, but not for all of them. One of them seems to be me. I tried again and again. Tried in Admin Mode... Tried to update my gamesas account... No chance up to now.

here is a way, that worked for me...

My problem has been fixed. I followed some one's reply in this thread. What I did-
1. Open Crysis 2.
2. Modify Key and enter key in all lower case with no dashes.
3. Re Enter your details and check Remember Me.
4. Open Join Match in Multiplayer and make sure you open some unofficial US Based server.
5. I hope it will work for you. Worked for me and now key is also saved.

Well what worked for me was changing password..now I'm getting serial key is in use..I still havent been able to redeem codes tho...this is a sodding mess...

I found that in the Modify Key section if you enter it with all upper case, with the dashes, untick Remember Me, and then tick it again, then when you sign in each time the Key is already entered.

Well this is what worked for me, thought I would share just incase this helped anyone.
