My PSN handle is Sir_Garlin. I noticed when I was checking my assessments after a battle that they got reset to zero. Thats not all though, my games played/won/loss all reset to zero. SO I restarted my game and signed in and yes all my assessments are at zero. Its obvious I had more than zero cause some of my upgrades are level 2 and 3 and such and my leaderboard rank is in the 600's. And my level rank is 16. Can you fix this? Whats going on? I do not want to redo all that work, I earned.

It happened to me, i was lvl 19 on PC, I lost connection to the Server, and I was reset back to 15, but i still have the guns, nothing else though. I lost over 4 hours.

I talked to EA support and they said it sounds like a bug and they are sending up to the senior support team. I'm supposed to hear back in 24-48 hours regarding the issue. I'll post what they reply. I would still like to hear back from a crytek support member though. I'd like hope that my skills/stats will be restored at some point, because in the mean time I don't play online.

I had the same thing happen last night. After finding a server and playing for a while (a difficult task itself), I got randomly disconnected and all of my goodies reverted. I was level 4, now I am level 1. While it's not too big of an issue, I would like some of the tags I unlocked (like Drunk and Disorderly).

Still no answer from Crytek or EA.
