Crysis 2 won't start FMOD EX not initialized : Crysis

Hi, my crysis can't run.. When i open it, a process is created but after 5 seconds it stops without error messages
The log file stops at Initializing FMOD-EX now!
Any help would be appreciated

BUMP! I have the exact same problem and im using Mcafee AV

EDIT: Seems i found a fix.. im using Realtek HD Audio Manager and changed my speaker config from 5.1 to stereo
