Another unsatisfied customer here!
But instead of raging and freaking out in this post as much as I would like to, I ask crytek/EA to make a public announcement as to when we can expect this to game be fixed/patched so that people who have spent their hard earned cash can actually play online (multiplayer).

Im guessing the only reason why there is no public announcement regarding a patch/fix is because no one at EA/crytek knows and its going to take time to fix it. Wouldnt want to say publicly itll take a month and have the servers empty and the game die would we?

Im very dissapointed, and in future wont be preordering or buying a game on launch... rather wait for the patches to be released and the hype to die down (along with the retail price)!
