Progress loss

I lost all my multiplayer progress.I still lvl 15 but all my progress disppear.
What i do?

I have this also, it makes the ranks sort of pointless when I unlock a weapon, get another unlock..which means I can unlock the SAME weapon I already have because the game forgot.
