While playing the Crysis 2 demo I used the account polle92.
Yesterday I wanted to start playing the Crysis 2 MP with a new account named 1337MatriX .
On gamesas.com I activated my redeem-code on the account 1337matrix , but when I try to login in Crysis 2 it tells me that numbers at the beginning of my username are not allowed.

So I deleted my account 1337matrix and created one named matrix1337 .
I went to the redeem page and says: "Usage Limit has been reached"

Why wasn't my account completly deleted?
Can someone from Crysis reset my redeem-code?

I'm really disappointed from the multiplayer, I didn't had any problems in the demo.

i had exactly the same issue, please crysis help both of us, my other account was lelouch1337, i deleted it because i entered the wrong email and i couldn't receive any confirmations, thus i couldn't access my game at all, because when i entered the serial, it said, serial key is invalid, ok i made an account lelouch27, somehow it's glitching and i posted with lelouch1337 even though i deleted it, arrgh i'm so confused

EDIT: just discovered that there was a different serial for activating my game, so if i could somehow reactivate my other account, that would suffice

since i'm on the undeleted account now, and the forums aren't glitching, proof that this is true
