Your topic title is misleading. It reads like you found a fix to the pistol silencer bug.

You must be a troll, or stupid. I'm hoping for the sake of my sanity and my faith in humanity it's the former.

Why in the world, would you use a pistol in the hardest half of game to defeat the strongest enemies? Are you a masochist? You should be using sniper rifles, machine guns, shotguns, explosives. Not a silenced pistol, you make me sick demanding such petty things on this forum when vastly more important matters need addressing, creating more spam that dilutes the messages of more important issues. I wish a unsilenced pistol was the least of my issues on this game.

First, I'm not a troll, secondly everybody has different tastes and I like to play with PISTOLS and the FELINE when they are silenced and thirdly it's not only in the later parts of the game that the attachment is not unlocked, everytime you reload a chapter in the earlier part of the game, it won't be available to you and if I make you sick with my comments, you must have a fragile heart to feel that way. No offense but I thinck this game was released a little too early, it should have taken another month of polish.

Yeah the game was released to early, now you said that my faith in humanity has been restored. I just don't see why you would punish yourself using a pistol against the ever increasing difficult opponents seems pointless.

To each their own I suppose.

Umm I find the silenced pistol the most useful gun in SP because you can fire it while cloaked and it only drains 10% of your energy per shot.
