You need to adress two problems.

First is team balance. I was playing Crysis2 multiplayer today and several times I've experienced VERY unbalanced teams. Like 1 or 3 players against 3,6,8 or sometimes more. Game should force players to change team if they are unbalanced. Also their levels shoul be taken under consideration. Obviously 3vs3 is not a fair match when there are three 1-10 level players in one team and 15-30 in second.

Socond problem. Some servers can't start the game. Count down stucks at 1 and it freezes. Then after some time new maps for voting shows up, another count down and game freez again.
