Hi,

I am having some problems regarding my promo codes. The FAQ session is confusing and has not been very helpfull.

This is what happened.

I tryed Beta crysis 2 and created and account, NickName : MisterMendes -> jmendes@sic.pt


Later I bought using steam crysis 2, installed and played single player campaign till the End.

Logged to mycrisys using madxgod@hotmail.com witch is the email registered to steam account and redeemed the promo code. Everything worked ok ...

Now i am about to start multiplayer, logged ingame using MisterMendes account inserted the gamecode in the form. But still i dont have level 5 and all those stuff.

If I try to connect to a server it says CODE ALREADY IN USE !!! How can this be ?

I need some help ...
