Just clarified that these are the correct patch notes so if you're still experiencing issues even though it's on the list of fixes then please mention this in a thread (if it exists, please use it) and we'll get down to the bottom of it.
Apparently the patches for 360 are compressed heavily which accounts for the large difference in file size and the difference in release date was because the 360 patch was simply made available sooner than the PS3 one and the PC after that, specific details i don't know
