Black Mesa V3

After what feels like an age of tweaking Black Mesa is now ready for a big face lift. I have added several new areas, added and tweaked the vehicles, added and tweaked weapons and also tweaked the Time Of Day.

Weapons

Current list of special weapons in the map:

Three Gauss Rifles
One Minigun
Two MOAR's

Most of the weapons are the same, however there is now an extra gauss rifle and MOAR.

Vehicles

Due to Dragon being unrelenting in his asking for a VTOL I decided to put a helicopter in. In order to make sure you can actually take off before being shot down, the number of Anti Air's has been reduced, with them being replaced by ASV's or battle tanks. There is also now a stationary Anti Air inside the infantry only area as well.

The Map

The map itself hasn't changed much as I want to keep the original Mesa feel. Many of you will be glad to know that the infantry only section has remained, I have added more cover near the bunker in this area as it was all too easy to camp on the war factory roof.

Due to the large support for infantry battles I have added a tunnel from the energy site to the prototype area. This tunnel is only accessible to infantry so you can now sneak around and out flank them.

In order to counter the energy site problem I have also added a tunnel from the energy site to the far bunker. This should hopefully open up the map more and keep games flowing better. There has also been a small change near the gatehouse leading from the energy site, I have opened this area up to help if flow a bit better.

Hopefully all of these factors shall mean that you have a much more enjoyable and flowing experience.
