i read in this forum that there is a "Delete Account" button and i wanted to try to resolve the "cant login with my gamesas.com account ingame"-issue by myself.

When the demo got out a couple of weeks ago, i created the account "ShiFu" on gamesas.com. Launched the demo but i wasnt able to log in ( user or pw wrong ). So i created a second account ("ShiFunski") via the ingame "create account" option. That time it worked and i was able to play...

As the final game came out yesterday, i tried both accounts for login. "ShiFu" still didnt work, "ShiFunski" did.

So today i logged in with "ShiFu" and deleted it. I was hoping to recreate this account and to resolve the issue. Afterwards, i tried to create a new account with "ShiFu" as the username (but a new email adress) and now gamesas.com tells me that this nickname is already taken...

So as a result: deleting the account to resolve this issue DOESNT WORK!

I would really really like my account back :S

I know, just trying to lighten the mood, sorry. To be honest I almost ended up in this same situation, I'd rather keep this name than recreate with a new one to be able to work around the broken logon system.

well i found another player ingame with the username "Shifu" which is weird cuz i write my nick with a capitalized "F"
With the assumption that there is a problem with multiple databases there might be someone with the ingame name "shifu" but i had the gamesas.com account with "ShiFu" ...
