Do i need the disc after the game is installed? Am installing the game as we speak, haven't entered any cdkey yet, but am thinking maybe i can add the cdkey to the ea download manager and use that? Or is there no need as i don't need the disc to play anyway?

Give the key a shot on EA or Steam first, dunno if it'll work but you can always try, and it should work.
