First, I am playing on SuperSoldier on Xbox 360 with Crysis 2 installed on my HD.

The Glitch:

On the level Corporate Collapse, Right after the part where you *this is the only Spoiler* defeat the first PINGER. *end Spoiler* the blue objective reticule appears over Chico and the vehicles with the objective marked as "Rejoin Chicoin the cafe: Regroup at the vehicles"

When this happens, Alcatraz's animations become severely limited, in that he can no longer shoot, high-jump, use grenades or attachments, ledge climb, or even slide. all I can do is use active camo and armor, and walk around collecting left-over ammo from the previous battle.

There are no places to advance and the only backtrack way is a drop (which you cannot return from, having lost the ability to ledge climb due to this glitch)

I have both killed and been killed by the Pinger several several times. On both reloads, and reboots. The result is the same. No matter the strategy/weapons used to defeat him. and regardless of whether I pick up the 2000 Nanite reward or not.

I know it is not corrupted save data because thanks to a brief google search I have discovered I am not the only person to experience this problem.

PLEASE CRYTEK!!! I would hate to have to play the entire game again on Supersoldier just to pass this mission!!! Please look into and PATCH this unfortunate dilemma!!!!

You're kind of a douchebag, aren't you? I had the same problem with the level, and had to restart it to get it to proceed. This is what the help section is for. Help. Not insensitive pricks like you with nothing better to do than antagonize people.

Reset the mission. Not the whole campaign XD
