What do u get when u prestige? what do u lose, what do you get at 5th prestige? and how do i get the golden dog tag

after you prestige, you get CELL camos for Hammer Scar and Feline

So what happens when you reboot the nanosuit beside going back to lvl 1 ? Do you lose everything that you have unlocked ? Like modules, weapons, wpns attachments ?

yep, but you get some cool dog tags, i believe after prestiging to the last prestige you get some cool stuff

I'm pretty much sure you have to unlock it again.

so when you prestige do you lose suit modules and unlocks too? do you get a different symbol for your rank like in COD or does it look the same as first time through?

That's a good idea. I sure hope so. I like my Feline dogtag. LOL.
