There will be vehicles in Fallout NV?

There will be vehicles as set pieces. But no drivable vehicles.

I wanted to do "stealth shopping" at the abandoned supermarket and put the food in the trunk for hardcoe mode! ahahah!! and also propose to developers to introduce the shopping bag to transport the food from the store to the car! ahahaha!

p.s. if you can develop a new fallout set in Italy, please (imagine the nation destroyed not by the nuclear war but by the Silvio Berlusconi fascist bomb, just my imagination I hope).

Sorry, but I believe, up to now, all Fallout games have taken place in the United stated (or at least the nuclear-ravaged ruins of the United states)
