Is Sub-Dermal Enhancement worth the 8,000 caps?

Yes it's worth 8,000 caps the +4 DT is really good and then when you combine it with picking the Toughness perk twice thats an extra 10 DT.

While I almost always get intel implant first the dermal implant is the most important implant. Frankly if get it even if it were 100k.

Yes, the Sub-Dermal implant is useful, as is the 12,000 cap Monocyte Breeder that gives you healing properties. I have found that it helps counteract Cazador poison. I was playing in hardcoe mode. I would get poisoned, but the poison didn't affect me in the same way as it did without the implant.

He means the 12,000 caps implant. Me personally I don't really like that implant as its only 1 hp recovered every 10 seconds. I rather get another implant and save that money towards getting something good like the Anti-Material Rifle or something similar.

I never really bother with the Monocyte. The Sub-Dermal however, is always my second implant, only outdone by INT.

The INT implant is kinda dumb to me, the skill point boost is minimal and you would probably have been better off simply starting your intelligence one higher and using that extra implant on a different special score.

Its only like 8 to 10 extra skill points depending on the level you get the INT Implant and I agree I would save the money and get a different Implant.
