How do you launch Project V13? : Othor Games

Hey, I'm practically a total noob here, so I was just wondering how you launch Project V13, I can't figure it out, any help would be greatly appreciated. : )

*snickers* Yeah as it was stated above. So to answer you right now, How do you launch Project V13? Answer, "when its done." :lol:

Sorry its really late for me right now.

I told the Overseer of Vault 13 I'd give everything to save everyone, and so I did, I saved them all. Since then I've felt loneliness.
