Some times years.

Once in a while decades

But I agree, I hope it is over sooner than later and in favor of gamesas.

when a law suit is "given", generally speaking, do the people who has received the "honor" cease work on the project involving the suit, or are they allowed to continue working as if it never happened, until the date in court arrives?

They do not have to stop work untill the court says so.

Even if that occurs all they have to do is rename the game, take out fallout like stuff (kinda like going from wasteland to fallout) and vola.. problem solved.

of course evil B will try to stop that but o well.

Ill put money down this will take years. Not to drag out court fees or anything. Think about it. If they take everything in now they get less return from gamesas now. Then lets say if they finally take them in later after more money is made by gamesas. Then Bethesda had more money they can take away. :S Remember the money they are trying to get is money projected in losses in terms of a tarnished name for thier "superior product  ". Not money that gamesas has. Image

I wish it would be that easy.

However, I hope you understand, that the main point of this MMO is to be a "Fallout Game".

If it is not a FG, even if gamesas makes a great MMO, they will not be able to attract as many players, making it another MMO out there. This is the point. This is what matters most.

Well, we don't know if the court has already stopped gamesas from developing the Game.

Per the court documents, no stop order or injunction has been instituted against gamesas at this time for either the past Fallout games or Project V13.
