Ok this is odd, after I killed Behemoth and talked with Sarah Lyons they suddenly went hostile and killed me, what's going on? I didn't attack them, is this a bug?

It's possible you hit the BoS guys accidentally during the battle.

I recommend loading a save and trying again.
